The secondary steam, after being compressed by the compressor, increases the pressure and temperature, and the enthalpy increases accordingly, and is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam, that is, generating steam, so that the material liquid remains in an evaporating state, and the heating steam It transfers heat to the material itself and condenses into water. In this way, the steam that was originally to be discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved. Compared with the traditional multi-effect evaporator, the MVR evaporator has the advantages of low energy consumption, simple process and low evaporation temperature.
