Forced Circulation Evaporator

The liquid is circulated through the tubes by means of a circulation pump, heated to superheat at a pressure above the normal liquid boiling point. After entering the separator, the pressure of the liquid drops rapidly causing some of the liquid to flash off, or boil rapidly. Since the circulation of the liquid is constantly maintained, the flow rate and temperature in the tubes can be controlled to suit the respective product requirements independent of a preselected temperature difference.
The Forced circulation evaporator is suitable for evaporation and concentration in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental engineering, waste liquid evaporation recovery and other industries with scaling, crystallinity, heat sensitivity (low temperature), high concentration, high viscosity and insoluble solids.
